API's Food Poison Detection Kit includes everything one needs to conduct a complete analysis of food for all the most notorious poisons, to document the results and to preserve the evidence for future use. Arsenic Detection Pouch (AJ-05 Pouch) -
Detect arsenic in samples of food regardless of the specific compounds arsenic is present in. The test takes only 90 seconds after the sample has been prepared. A visible color change in the detection strip held in the detection pouch indicates the presence of arsenic. (Patent Pending)
CA Detection Tab -
Designed for the detection of Cyanides, Azides, Sulfides and Chromates (Group 1, Model CA-61). - This detection card utilizes TABS technology and requires 2-6 droplets of sample. A color change may be compared to provided reference colors on the card to reveal the presence of cyanides, chromates, azides, and sulfides. The card includes a quality assurance measure to certify that the detector is working properly. (Patent Pending)
HM Detection Tab -
Designed for the detection of heavy metals including Cadmium, Mercury, Lead and Thallium (Group II, Model HM-34). - This detection card for cadmium, mercury, lead, and thallium utilizes TABS technology and requires 2-6 droplets of sample. A color change may be compared to provided reference colors on the card to reveal the presence of cadmium, mercury, lead and thallium.
