When Cargo Risk Data Triggers a Secondary Surface Check
Advance cargo information, a document anomaly or current intelligence selects a consignment for closer review. Site procedures first establish that the shipment and defined cargo or vehicle surfaces are safe and authorized to handle.
The operational gap is a portable chemical adjunct for selected surfaces—not a replacement for imaging, canine teams, regulated electronic trace detection, law-enforcement response or bomb-squad procedures. Any response is presumptive, and evidence and escalation requirements remain with the operating authority.

ChemSee products do not detect hidden or intact devices, clear passengers, cargo or vehicles, prove contact or intent, or replace x-ray, imaging, canine, electronic ETD, law-enforcement or regulated checkpoint systems. No TSA or aviation approval is implied.
A negative result means that no applicable response was observed under the conditions of the test. It does not exclude a target outside the selected chemistry, inaccessible residue, matrix or surface interference, sampling error or an amount that does not produce the prescribed response.
